Liar Game. One of Japan's dorama that has Matsuda Shota as the main role.
The story is about a girl named Kanzaki Nao. She is a way too honest, even for her own good. She is often become a victim of bullying. However, she kinda feels like OK with it.

Until one day, she receives a package in front of her house. The package was come with a note that said if she opened the package, then she is participating in the game. Unfortunately, she opened the package out of curiosity and ignored the message. Apparently, the content of the package is a bunch of money with value 100 million yen. The rule of the game is that she has to keep that money for 30 days and prevent her opponent to steal any single yen from her. If she failed, she has to return the same amount of money that she lost. She is also allowed to steal her opponent's money and gain maximal 100 million yen.

One day after, she received a post mail that said that her opponent is her old teacher that she trusted. She feels happy, because her opponent is someone that she trust, someone that she knows well. She is confident that her teacher won't deceive her and will help her. She goes to that teacher house and bring the money with her. Her teacher offering to keep the money together in a bank's safe deposit box. Since she is looked up to that teacher, she instantly agreed with that offer. She gives all of her money to the teacher.

Until one day, she found out that she was deceived by her teacher. And now she has a debt of 100 million yen. She feels so devastated. Until she met Akiyama Shin'ichi, who is, in short, would help her to obtain her money back.

One thing that I like from this dorama is that how Kanzaki Nao become stronger for Akiyama Shin'ichi. In the resurrection game, Akiyama was told Nao to withdrawn. The reason was because Nao is a way too honest. She doesn't fit for this kind of game. However, Nao proved him that she is strong enough and able to win with her own strategy.

Yesterday, finally I finished the series. In the end, I kinda think that the reason why people need to believe in goodness (or perhaps believe in God, since God is equal as goodness... ah, but perhaps I'm exaggerating things.  :p ) is to reminds people to be less selfish, to be more care to each other, or in short to do a good deeds for others. Because, if people is just being selfish what will be happened is chaos since everyone will expect the maximal profit for oneself.

As usual, a japan's dorama has 11 episode per session. The same goes for this dorama as well.
There are a lot of interesting thing from this dorama.
Trivia and cliche things actually, but just want to said it. :p
  1. Impatient is one of the biggest enemy.
  2. Trust but Verify! Blindly trusting something is foolish.
  3. Deceiving people is an art! (LOL)  Being deceived is one's own mistakes.
  4. Fight for a common goal might obtain more value than just fight for self goal.
  5. Everything that is excessive is never ended good. Too honest or too selfish is never yield a good result.
